Naples Bay Resort

A boutique hotel, retail, restaurants, residential, marina and waterfront development. The project fronts US41 with extensive terraced landscape screening a parking garage. The waterfront is open to the public and has a connecting parkway leading to the companion club and cottage development along the waterways, across an overlook bridge, through a park terminating at the club entrance. The parkway serves both the golf cart tram system and pedestrians. The project is a destination oriented facility and a distinguished landmark place serving as a gateway to the City of Naples from the East. The landscape of coconut palms, Silver Date palms and Royal palms expresses a resort atmosphere and provides a wonderful environment for guests and visitors.

Naples Bay Resort Club and Cottages

The companion to the Resort Hotel the Club and Cottages offers a spectacular tropical setting for vacation housing, resort living and a membership in a state of the arts club facility. The development has as its focal point a complex of resort style pools catering to adults, children, beach settings, grotto seclusion, lap swimming and social entertaining. A special attraction is the lazy river. Tennis courts are geared for social and tournament play and includes a children’s playground. In addition to a tropical resort setting the landscape also offers a flavor of Florida friendly landscape reflective of the native Southwest Florida indigenous environment. Beautiful fountains, an appealing pristine bridge crossing a native landscape, richly detailed specialty paving patterns and intimate gathering places all add to the sense of a relaxing, playful and exciting atmosphere.
