Moorings Park Grey Oaks Phase 1-3

An assisted independent living community consisting of three neighborhoods of  four five story buildings surrounding a central-themed garden. Each garden is unique and is the central focal place of the neighborhood.  Phase one is the aquatic garden incorporating a swimming pool and spa with two bi level linear water features on axis connecting a cabana at one end and a social gathering terrace at the other end.

Phase 2 neighborhood offers the Jasmine garden incorporating a butterfly garden inter grated with a water display, a social gathering terrace, vine draped arbors and open lawn. Phase 3 neighborhood features the Veridian garden of open lawns to accommodate lawn games such as croquet, badminton, lawn bowling  and bocce ball.

The three neighborhoods are connected by a Royal Palm lined central corridor leading to the assisted living facility. The community offers walking paths, golf cart paths and tram stations as a means of transportation throughout the property. The community has a significant perimeter landscape screening  offering privacy and visual and audio buffer from adjacent arterial roadways. The overall effect is a magnificent garden place of palms, flowering trees and spaces to enjoy outdoor living.

Arlington of Naples Lutheran Life Community

The Arlington is a continuing care retirement community resort located in the Lely area of Naples, FL.  It features two winding residential areas for independent living, as well as Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care in its main building, as well as a Clubhouse on its sprawling thirty-nine acre site.

The grand entry is a bridge over two lakes leading to the Main Arrival which features a large central median water feature flanked by stately Canary Island Date Palms.  The main building drop off area features a landscaped rooftop piazza and terrace.  An outdoor dining area on the West area of the building features a fire pit with views of another lake and golf course beyond.  There are three outdoor gardens in the Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care areas specifically designed to be peaceful and calming while creating an auditory and visual buffer from the other public spaces.  The Independent Living Residential Villa Areas are conveniently nestled within the community and are comfortable to navigate with three cul-de-sacs and three different customizable villa models.

Assisted living and club A 5 story building housing high end independent living units, assisted living units, memory care units, restaurants, club dining, theatre, fitness, wellness center along with a resort pool complex complete with bistro and cabana area, two roof gardens with outdoor gathering, fire pit, outdoor dining, social entertainment areas, outdoor fire place, memory care garden all enhanced with water features and beautiful landscape.

The facility is buffered from surrounding arterial roads with intensely landscaped perimeter planting, there are two major arrival areas: the south for public and assisted living access incorporating a central water feature with colorful  dancing water and the north serving the independent living units from phase 1,2 & 3 accessing the club, resort pool, wellness center and bistro. It provides a vehicular arrival plaza also serving as a place for large social events. The plaza with beautiful patterned specialty paving and stately silver date palms is on axis with the Royal Palm lined central corridor connecting to all 3 independent living neighborhoods via pedestrian and golf cart pathways. The plaza is terminated by a dual level water feature providing vitality to the arrival space and club entrance.

This phase of the project is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion by Fall of 2017.
